100 X Impulse Responses captured at Detroit’s abandoned Packard plant, St. Agnes Catholic Church and East Grand Methodist Church conducted over the course of 3 years of audio experiments.

Using impulse responses, you can apply the acoustic characteristics of a particular location to your recordings as if it had been recorded right on location. This project was the result of 2 years of recordings conducted in various abandoned locations in Detroit, Michigan, USA.

Captured using: 2 X DPA 4006C Omnidirectional Microphone (courtesy of University Of Michigan audio/visual department) Impulse responses were (various mic placements) captured utilizing a swept sine method (logarithmic) Post processing was conducted on the final IR's in this library to enhance dimension and space, EQ curves were kept intact to preserve the ghostly harmonics of each location.
